2tablespoonscannabis infused olive oil
1small onionchopped
3clovesgarlicminced
4ounceswhite cheddarshredded or cubed
4ouncesmild cheddarshredded or cubed
8ouncespepper jack cheeseshredded or cubed
1cupcannabis infused evaporated milk
114.5 ounce candiced tomatoes
14 ounce canchipotle peppers in adobo sauceroughly chopped
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, heat the cannabis olive oil. Add onion and cook until soft, 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more.
Add cheeses and evaporated milk and stir until cheese is melted.
Stir in tomatoes and peppers.
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
