Cannabis Infused Whipped Cream
Cannabis infused whipped cream is the perfect way to turn any dessert into a "special" treat. Once you know how easy it is to make whipped cream at home, you'll never go back to store bought!

Equipment
- Stand mixer or hand mixer
Ingredients
- 1 cup cannabis infused heavy whipping cream cold
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Place mixer bowl and whisk in freezer (refrigerator can work tofor at least 20 minutes to chill. I usually leave mine overnight. You want them to be as cold as possible!
- Pour heavy whipping cream into the cold bowl and whisk on medium-high speed (6 or 8).
- When cream starts to thicken slightly, gradually add the powdered sugar while the mixer is still running.
- Continue to whisk until medium to stiff peaks form. Do not over beat.

You can adjust the amount of powdered sugar to your personal taste. I like my whipped cream sweet!
