Cannabis Chocolate Pudding

This pudding recipe is full of rich chocolate flavor and easy to whip up. I'm using cannabis infused milk, but you could also use regular milk and substitute regular butter for cannabis butter. I like to top my pudding with whipped cream, but it's also great with chopped nuts or strawberries!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cannabis infused milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt, and both milks.
  • Stir continuously with a whisk until mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in butter, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate overnight before serving.

Notes

Whole milk is great, but you can also use low fat or dairy alternatives like almond or coconut milk.
