A deliciously sweet quick bread with a swirl of cinnamon and topped with a sweet glaze

Ingredients
For the bread
2cupsflour
1tablespoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
3/4cupsugar
1egg
1cupcannabis infused milk
2teaspoonvanilla extract
1/3cupGreek yogurt
For the cinnamon swirl
1/2cupsugar
3teaspoonscinnamon
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
For the glaze
1/2cuppowdered sugar
2 - 3teaspoonsmilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray loaf pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
Whisk together flour, baking powder salt and sugar in a small bowl, and set aside.
Beat together egg, milk, vanilla and Greek yogurt in a large bowl. Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Make cinnamon swirl ingredients by mixing together sugar, cinnamon and butter in a small bowl.
Pour half of the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan, and sprinkle on half of the cinnamon mixture. Then, pour in the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture. Use a knife to gently swirl it into the batter.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool for a few minutes on wire rack.
While cooling, make glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and milk. Once the bread is mostly cooled, drizzle the glaze over and ENJOY!
