Ingredients
2cupsunsweetened, shredded coconutdried or fresh
3/4teaspoonground cardamom
pinchsalt
1/3cupfull fat coconut milk
2teaspoonscannabis coconut oil
2/3cupcannabis granulated sugar
2tablespoonscoconut flour
Instructions
Add 1½ cups coconut, cardamom, and salt to a food processor and pulse until coconut is finely shredded.
In a small saucepan, heat coconut milk, coconut oil, and sugar, and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in shredded coconut mixture and coconut flour.
While the mixture is still warm, shape into balls using a small cookie scoop and roll in the remaining shredded coconut.
