Cannabis Infused Hot Fudge and Magic Shell Ice Cream Toppings

Ingredients
For the Hot Fudge
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon cannabis butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
For the Magic Shell
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons cannabis coconut oil
Instructions
For the Hot Fudge
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar, cocoa powder and heavy whipping cream for 2-3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in unsalted and cannabis butters until completely melted, and add the vanilla extract and salt.
- Serve warm over your favorite ice cream!
For the Magic Shell
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and cannabis coconut oil.
- Microwave at 30 second increments while mixing in between until the chocolate chips are completely melted.
- Drizzle over your favorite ice cream, and wait about 30 seconds for it to completely harden. Enjoy!
