If you love coconut like I do, you’ll love these coconut ladoo! They’re made of coconut, coconut, and more coconut. I used the infused sugar that I made last week, but you could also infuse the coconut milk in addition to using infused coconut oil.
Cannabis Coconut Ladoo
These delicious coconut balls are traditional Indian sweets typically made for festivals or other celebrations, but they're great any time and so easy to make!

- Food processor
- Stove top
- Sauce pan
- Small cookie scoop
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut dried or fresh
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- pinch salt
- 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons cannabis coconut oil
- 2/3 cup cannabis granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
Instructions
- Add 1½ cups coconut, cardamom, and salt to a food processor and pulse until coconut is finely shredded.
- In a small saucepan, heat coconut milk, coconut oil, and sugar, and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded coconut mixture and coconut flour.
- While the mixture is still warm, shape into balls using a small cookie scoop and roll in the remaining shredded coconut.

Instead of or in addition to the cannabis granulated sugar, you can use cannabis infused coconut milk.
